PACL for quickly removing sediment from muddy water

PACL is Poly Aluminum Chloride Liquid - an NSF certified product that reacts with the alkalinity in water to work as a coagulant & form a floc particle.  PACL has a slight positive charge - sediment in rivers a slight negative charge.  With proper dosage and mixing sediments bind to the floc particles building in size until they settle-out.
